What is Empathy? Empathy or empathy; It means being able to understand and be aware of another person's emotions, situation or motivation in their behavior. In empathizing, the individual understands the other person so well that he starts to feel almost like him and identifies himself with him. What are the Three Rules of Empathy? There are three rules for empathy to be fully realized. These; 1. Putting oneself in the place of the other person and trying to look at the events from his/her point of view, 2. To understand and feel the feelings and thoughts of the other person correctly, 3. It can be listed as expressing to that person that you understand the other person.
